Data-Driven Fault-Tolerant Tracking Control for Linear Parameter-Varying Systems

This article proposes a data-driven passive fault-tolerant tracking controller for single-input single-output (SISO) discrete-time linear systems with slowly-varying unknown parameters in the presence of actuator faults. Initially, parameterized is considered. Using internal model principle, structure determined such that passive-fault-tolerance and objectives are achieved. The obtained fixed-structure utilized both normal faulty conditions without using any feedback from fault information. Thus, simple to implement responds fast effects Then, technique based on input/output (I/O) data, adjusted online tackle problem parameter variation. A data-based constraint proposed ensuring stability closed-loop system. extended multi-input multi-output (MIMO) sequential loop closing concept relay auto-tuning method. Simulation results applying direct current (DC) servo motor three-tank system demonstrate its effectiveness.
